I travel all over the USA talking about generations in the workplace with my Us vs Them presentation, but no matter how many differences we have, one thing unites us all: we all have awkward childhood photos. I tend to think mine is more awkward than most. Yep, that’s me in the photo! Pretty bad, right?

Make sure whatever photos you post are yours to share. ie, don’t just Google ‘awkward childhood photo’ and take the worst one and say it’s you, I’ll know, I promise!
